About American Heritage University School of Law

Educating Tomorrow’s Attorneys

American Heritage University School of Law (AHUSOL) was established in 2004 by Prof. Tony BE Ogiamien with the interest of the adult learner in mind that could not complete an educational goal due to unforeseen circumstances.

AHUSOL stands out as one of the few reputable distance learning law schools in California for its passage rates on the First Year Law School Examination (FYLSX) and General Bar Examination (GBE) in recent years.

Our mission is to provide quality, affordable, legal education to qualified individuals, wherever located, using the most effective educational technology available. The primary objective is to educate and prepare students for the legal profession.

After interacting with any of our faculty or staff, you will find that we are extremely passionate about our students and their success. We have dedicated ourselves to stand out in an ever-evolving learning environment by sticking with highly experienced faculty and student-centered staff.

We stress over the little things that seem to have been forgotten in the landscape of online education and we are confident that you will find interacting with any member of our faculty and staff very refreshing.

Why Choose AHUSOL?

Specialized First Year Curriculum

AHUSOL Understands the traditional approach the CalBar takes when it comes to the grading and scaling of the First Year Examination. That is why we’ve developed a specialized first-year curriculum to help increase the students’ chances of passing the exam within 3 administrations.

Technology Meets Education

The most significant difference is in our use of Internet technology to organize and concentrate the materials to increase your learning experience. You can communicate live to our instructors as you watch, live, and “real-time”! If you miss a lecture, you can access it anytime, anywhere!

Live Academic Support

Additionally, academic support by California licensed attorneys is available online through live audio and video chat rooms, by email, and by phone. All of our instructors are either practicing attorneys or retired.

Affordable Tuition

Tuition is just one factor in calculating the total cost of attending law school. American Heritage has one of the lowest tuition rates in the country. But beyond tuition, American Heritage School of Law allows you to continue your present career.
